3 cups turkey (leftovers)
1 cup sour cream mixed with lemon juice or vinegar

Sauté the onion and garlic slightly in butter or margarine
Add the remaining ingredients, excluding sour cream
Let it simmer slowly for 20 minutes
A little before serving, add the sour cream and stir
Serve with rice or macaroni
