2 cans of green corn
2 cups (US) of milk
Salt to taste
3 tablespoons of wheat flour
1 cup (US) of coconut milk
400g of cooked chicken shredded
1 cup (US) of ricotta cheese
200g of mozzarella cheese shredded
100g of grated Parmesan cheese
A small pack of sweet potato
2 cans of green corn

Preheat the oven to medium temperature
Place the corn flour in a blender and add milk, salt, and wheat flour
Blend until smooth
Transfer to a saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened
Remove from heat and add coconut milk
Mix well
Pour into a deep dish
Spread a layer of chicken, then cover with a layer of ricotta cheese
Next, cover with a layer of mozzarella cheese
Finally, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese
Place in the oven at medium temperature for approximately 20 minutes
Remove, dust with sweet potato, and serve immediately.
