3/4 cup of olive oil
3 cloves of garlic
2 finely chopped onions
1 kg of peeled and deveined shrimp
2 onion rings
1/2 cup of vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons of salt
1/4 teaspoon of mustard powder
1/2 teaspoon of pepper
2 finger-length hot peppers, sliced

Heat 1/4 cup of olive oil in a pan
Add the garlic and chopped onions and sauté for 10 minutes, stirring frequently
Add the shrimp and sauté for an additional 7 minutes, stirring occasionally
Remove from heat and let cool for 15 minutes
Mix in the remaining onion rings, vinegar, salt, mustard powder, pepper, and sliced hot peppers in a bowl
Add the shrimp and marinate
Let it rest for 24 hours, marinating several times
Serve chilled
