In a bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, eggs, Parmesan cheese, and olive oil, beating until well combined
Heat a 15 cm diameter frying pan
Use 2 tablespoons of batter for each crepe
Tilt the frying pan from side to side to spread the batter evenly
Let it brown on one side only
Repeat the process to obtain about 18 crepes, greasing the frying pan constantly.
