Cook the potatoes (some peeled, others not)
Place them on the raclette grill (the device shown in the photo)
In the raclette grill compartments, place slices of cheese to melt
After melted, serve yourself with melted cheese, cooked potato, bell pepper, and pickled cucumber
Put more cheese to melt and new potatoes on the raclette grill
This way, each person will be serving themselves with potato bites, cheese, and pickled cucumbers in individual plates
To accompany the raclette cheese, choose a good white wine brand, dry style.
