Basic dough
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of sugar
1/2 cup cold unsalted butter
1 egg
Filling
2 1/2 cups zucchinis
2 eggs
3 yolks
1 cup milk
1 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon melted butter
Salt, pepper, and nutmeg to taste
Basic dough

Filling
2 1/2 cups zucchinis

1 cup heavy cream

Mix the flour with salt and sugar
Add the cold unsalted butter cut into small pieces, until a coarse crumb forms
Add the egg, until it forms a ball that doesn't stick to your hands
Wrap and refrigerate for 15 minutes
Remove from the refrigerator and line the bottom and sides of a baking dish
Cover with beans and bake in a medium oven for 25 minutes, approximately
Remove the beans and let cool
Filling: mix the eggs with yolks
Add the milk and heavy cream
Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Reserve
Melt the butter and lightly sauté the zucchinis
Drain the liquid that forms and season with salt and pepper
Spread the zucchinis on the baked dough and cover with the reserved filling
Bake in a medium oven until golden.
