Preheat the oven to moderate temperature (170°F)
Place in a blender the eggs, cheese, milk, English sauce, mustard, salt, black pepper, and scallion
Add the bread cut into pieces, cover, and blend at high speed for 45 seconds
Arrange the broccoli in a refractory form and pour the blended mixture on top
Bake for about 45 minutes
Serve warm.
