6 medium-sized sweet potatoes, diced
3 medium-sized onions, diced
1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
1 tablespoon of chopped thyme leaves
salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons of butter or margarine

Combine the sweet potatoes, onion, parsley, and thyme
Season to taste
Place in a 9x13 inch baking dish, very well greased
Cover with butter or margarine, in small pieces
Bake in a moderate oven until everything is cooked and golden brown on top
Slice into wedges, to serve
