2 limes

4 chicken breast fillets

Chopped onion
2 red bell peppers, cut into cubes
1 ripe mango, cut into cubes
2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley
Salt and pepper to taste

Wash the limes and remove the thin skin
Cut the skin into small pieces and squeeze the lime juice
Mix half of the lime juice, half of the skin, honey, pimenta, and mashed garlic
Season the chicken breasts and let them marinate for 20 minutes
Place the chicken in the oven until it's lightly browned

Heat olive oil in a frying pan, sauté the onion and remaining garlic until softened
Add the pimento, lime juice, and skin, and let it simmer for 5 minutes
Add the mango, parsley, and mix gently; let it cook for an additional 2 minutes
Season with salt, pepper, and turn off the heat
Place the chicken breasts in a serving dish and serve with the sauce.
