Melt the butter or margarine
Add the flour and mix well
Gradually add the milk, stirring until thickened
Remove from heat, add salt, Worcestershire sauce, tuna, and eggs, and mix well
Roll out the dough thinly and cut into squares of about 7 cm on each side
Place 1 tablespoon of filling in each square and fold in half to form triangles
Press the edges together to seal well
If baking, make a small slit in each one and bake at 200°C for 20 minutes, or fry in hot oil
