Grind the beef and pork in a processor

Transfer the ground meat to a bowl, add butter, onion, egg mixture, nutmeg, salt, black pepper, parsley, and chives

Mix well and shape the burgers using an 8cm diameter ring mold
Wrap in plastic film and refrigerate for at least one hour before frying

Heat a non-stick pan with a little olive oil, add the burgers and cook until browned on both sides
Sauce
In a saucepan, combine yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and parsley
Serve the burgers with the sauce and green salad.
