2 tablespoons milk
750g Ground Beef
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons English Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons salt

Mix the cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, and milk to form 4 flat patties
Mix the ground beef with the onion, Worcestershire sauce, and salt
Divide into four portions
Place a stuffed patty on each portion and close the ground beef over the filling
Aim for an end result of about 2 cm thick hamburgers
Fry in a non-stick skillet coated with oil at low heat for about 10 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through, then serve in four portions
