1 hot dog bun
1 pepperoni sausage
1 cup of tomato sauce
Shredded cheese to taste
Peanut sauce
1 tomato, seeded and chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
Salt, black pepper, and vinegar to taste

Dice the tomato, bell pepper, and onion into small cubes
Season with salt, pepper, and vinegar
Refrigerate covered with plastic wrap for later use
Place the sausage in a pan and cover with sauce
Cook over low heat for 30 minutes
Heat the hot dog bun in a medium preheated oven for five minutes
Cut the hot dog bun in half and place the sausage with some of the sauce
Add peanut sauce and sprinkle with shredded cheese
Serve immediately.
