1/4 cup (3 tablespoons) of butter
1/2 cup (6 tablespoons) of crumbled bacon
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 onion, chopped
3 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley

Cook the carrots, potatoes, and green beans separately in boiling water until they're tender but still firm
Then drain and set aside
Set the vegetables aside
Brown the green beans in butter
Set the browned green beans aside
Pan-fry the bacon until crispy, then add the onion, garlic, green beans, carrots, potatoes, and stir for 2 minutes
Remove from heat, mix in chopped parsley, and adjust seasoning if necessary
Serve warm.
