1 In a large skillet, combine the garlic and olive oil and bring to heat
When it starts to brown, add the rice and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly
2 Add the water and bring to a boil
Reduce the heat and simmer with the lid on until the rice is tender and creamy. Reserve
3 In another skillet, fry the bacon in its own fat until crispy
Add the cooked rice, prosciutto, cinnamon, green pepper, and figs
Mix well
Remove from heat, transfer to a serving dish, and serve.
