Cut 12 squares of parchment paper or aluminum foil, each 30 cm on a side and place them two by two. Reserve
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients
Divide into 24 portions
Prepare the meatball: in another bowl, mix well all the ingredients except for the breadcrumbs
Divide into 24 portions
Shape each one into a ball and coat with breadcrumbs
Keep the papers stacked, prepare the packages
Arrange each portion of the bean mixture on a square of paper and top with meatballs
Close the packages and arrange them in a baking dish
Put it in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes
Serve immediately in the same package, drizzling with olive oil after opening.
