Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices
Melt the butter
Add the potatoes, cover the pot, and let it cook for 7 minutes
Cut the bacon and ham into small cubes
In a baking dish arrange the potatoes, ham, and bacon in an alternating pattern
Beat the sour cream with eggs and flour
Pour over the ingredients in the dish
