4 medium green peppers
Halved pound of ground meat
One medium onion, chopped
One clove of garlic, minced
One cup of tomato pulp
Half cup of black olives, pitted and cut in half
A pinch of cumin
To taste: salt and black pepper

Cut the peppers in half lengthwise
Remove seeds and membranes
Arrange in a baking dish
Sprinkle the inside of the peppers with salt
In a separate baking dish, place the meat, onion, and garlic
Microwave at high power for 4 minutes, stirring twice during cooking
Add remaining ingredients except cheese
Mix well
Stuff the peppers
Cover the dish with plastic wrap (Rolopack or Magipack), leaving an opening
Microwave on medium power for 3 minutes to heat through
Remove the film, sprinkle with cheese, and microwave on medium power for 30 seconds more
Cover and let it rest for 3 minutes
Serve in 8 portions.
