Mix the gelatin with the water, dissolve and bring to a boil
Remove any foam that forms on the surface with a spoon

Add the sugar and stir slowly until it dissolves and the mixture comes to a boil again
Remove from heat

Wash and cut the fruits as you prefer
It's ideal for them to decorate the gelatin
Place them in individual molds or shapes of your preference, and top with the gelatin so that they're fully covered
Wait until it sets
You don't need to refrigerate it, but if you prefer, serving it chilled can be a nice combination with the fruit

If you want to make an oriental variation, add 1 tablespoon of green tea to the water
Make the tea and dissolve the gelatin in it
Substitute the fruits for yokan (Japanese bean paste).
