Allow the lobster to thaw and cook it in seasoned water with salt, but without any other seasonings, as these would take away its natural flavor
Cook for 1/2 hour
Once cooked, its shell turns red
Remove the gut that remains in the loin
Serve only cooked, and just before serving, lightly brush some olive oil on the shell to give it a better appearance.
