1/2 kg of ground beef or pork without skin

2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
1 teaspoon of oregano

250 g of mozzarella cheese, sliced
2 eggs
1 cup of milk

1 cup of all-purpose flour
1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat the oven at 200°C
Grease a refractory form about 22 x 35 cm
Fry the ground beef or pork in a skillet with oil until it loses its color or the pork is golden brown
Drain some of the oil, leaving only about 1 tablespoon
Add the onion and fry until it's soft
Add the tomato sauce, oregano, and salt to taste
Let it cook slowly for about 10 minutes
Spread it in the prepared form
Cover with cheese slices
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and oil until frothy
Add the flour and whisk until smooth
Spread it over the cheese in the form
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
Bake for about 35 minutes or until golden brown and puffed up
Cut into squares and serve warm
