Bring 5 liters of water to a boil with 1 tablespoon of salt
Add the pasta and cook until al dente

In a pan, melt the butter and olive oil over medium heat
Add the smoked salmon, stir, and season with salt and black pepper
Add the milk and cook quickly without letting the salmon brown
