3 oranges
2 tablespoons (chairs) of Moscato wine
1 tablespoon (chair) of strawberries
in pieces
Cream
1/2 liter of milk
1 cinnamon stick
1/2 tablespoon (chair) of sugar
1 lime (without the peel)
3 eggs
2 tablespoons (sop) of cornstarch
To dust
1/2 tablespoon (chair) of sugar

Cut the oranges in half
Squeeze them to extract the juice, but be careful not to damage the peels
Reserve the juice
With a spoon, remove the pulp, leaving the peels clean
Mix the reserved juice with the wine
Place the strawberries inside the peels and drizzle with the mixture. Reserve
Cream
Set aside one quarter cup of milk and add it to a saucepan with cinnamon, two tablespoons of sugar, and the lime peel
Bring to a simmer
Beat the eggs with cornstarch and mix with the reserved milk quarter cup
Heat the remaining milk until it starts to boil, then remove from heat and whisk in the egg mixture carefully not to scramble
Mix well and bring back to a simmer
Remove the lime peel and cinnamon stick and discard them
Pour over the strawberries, dust with sugar, and serve.
