4 oranges
1 brick of cream ice
3 egg whites
6 soup spoons of sugar
4 oranges

Cut a slice off the top of each orange
Remove the pulp, without piercing the skin
Fills each orange shell with ice cream
Place in the freezer
Beat the egg whites until snowy
Gradually add the sugar and beat until stiff peaks form
Covers the ice cream well inside the orange with the meringue
Place on a baking sheet and bake in a hot oven for a few minutes to lightly brown the meringue
Serves immediately.
