Fry the garlic in olive oil until golden brown
Add the ground beef and cook, stirring occasionally, until the meat is tender
Add the crushed tomatoes, parsley, green onion, salt, and black pepper to taste
If necessary, add water to prevent drying out
Cook the lasagna pasta slowly in boiling water with butter or olive oil and salt
As it cooks, place it in a cold water bath
In a large refractory dish or 2 mediums, alternate layers of cooked lasagna with bolognese sauce and mozzarella cheese, finishing with the sauce
Dust with parmesan cheese and bake in a hot oven (200°C) for about 40 minutes or until golden brown
