1 Preheat the oven to 180°C
Sauté the onion and garlic in butter
Add the tomatoes and cook over low heat
Add baking soda and season with salt, pepper, and parsley
2 In a greased dish, create alternating layers of tomato sauce, lasagna pasta, chicken, and mozzarella cheese
Finish with a layer of mozzarella cheese and bake for 15 minutes or until it starts to bubble
Sprinkle grated cheddar and serve immediately.
