300 g of fish (cod or eel)
vinegar, salt and pepper

1/2 tablespoon of butter
1/2 tablespoon of mustard
3 small potatoes

1 dessert plate of lettuce or arugula
2 tablespoons of low-fat yogurt
300 g of fish (cod or eel)

Pour hot vinegar over the fish
Cook in boiling water with a little vinegar, salt, pepper and rosemary
Mix softened butter with mustard and place on top of the fish
Serve with boiled potatoes, parsley and salad seasoned with yogurt and lemon juice.
