Cut the chicken into pieces
Mix the eggs and orange juice
Coat the chicken pieces in this mixture
Mix salt, pepper, flour, and orange zest
Coat the chicken pieces again
Place in a greased baking dish
Cover with small pieces of butter or margarine
Bake for 45 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through
Let rest for 4 portions.
