2 packs of onion soup
400g fish fillets, cut into 3cm cubes (such as namorado, robalo or badejo)
300g cleaned and drained mussels
400g cleaned and drained squid, cut into fine strips
300g medium-sized cleaned shrimp

Combine flour with onion soup
Add the fish, squid, and shrimp to this mixture
Fry in batches until lightly golden
Remove from the fryer and let drain on paper towels
Dish up 6 portions
Note: Serve with green salad and lime wedges
