Milk
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 egg
3 tablespoons cold water
Filling
1 tablespoon butter, melted
200g chopped cooked bacon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
4 eggs
1/4 cup heavy cream

Filling
1 tablespoon butter, melted
200g chopped cooked bacon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Dough
Combine flour, salt, butter, egg, and water
Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes
Roll out dough, place in pie crust and poke holes in dough
Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 375°F for 15 minutes
Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes
Filling
Melt butter and cook bacon
In a bowl, mix remaining ingredients
Sear the bacon in the bottom of the crust and top with the reserved mixture
Bake until filling is set.
