1 packet of active dry yeast for bread
1 cup of warm milk
1/2 teaspoon of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of salt
500g of all-purpose flour
1/2 cup of unsalted butter, softened
2 beaten eggs
1 cooked and mashed potato
250g of diced ham
150g of mozzarella cheese, crumbled
150g of chopped raisins

Dissolve the yeast in warm milk and add sugar and salt
Mix well
Add the eggs, potato, and 1 tablespoon of butter
Mix until smooth
Gradually add the flour to form a homogeneous dough
Knead until smooth
Let it rest for 30 minutes
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and spread the remaining butter evenly
Divide the dough into two parts
In a greased and floured baking dish, place one part of the dough
Make a layer with the ham mixed with cheese and raisins
Cover with the remaining dough and let it rise for 30 minutes under a damp cloth
Bake in a preheated oven at medium heat until golden brown
Serve immediately.
