1 package of lasagna noodles, cooked
500 g of shredded chicken breast
1 chopped onion
1 minced garlic clove
2 tablespoons of butter
1 kg of peeled and seeded tomato, diced
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
250 g of mozzarella cheese, sliced
Salt, black pepper, and grated cheddar to taste

Sauté the onion and garlic in butter
Add the tomatoes and cook for 20 minutes over low heat
Add the baking soda and season with parsley, salt, and pepper
Assemble the lasagna
In a greased baking dish, make layers of tomato sauce, cooked lasagna noodles, shredded chicken, and mozzarella cheese slices
Finish with a layer of mozzarella cheese and bake in a preheated medium oven
Let it simmer for 15 minutes or until it starts to bubble
Sprinkle grated cheddar on top and serve immediately.
