In a blender, beat all the ingredients until they form a smooth batter
Fry the crepes one by one and set aside
Sauce: Simmer the sauces with the seasonings
Set aside
Filling: In a pan, cook the ground beef with the seasonings and set aside
In a baking dish, add some sauce, a few spoonfuls of meat, and top with crepes
Repeat the process with another layer of sauce, meat, and crepe
Add more sauce and cover with prosciutto and mozzarella cheese
Add more crepes and filling until the dish is full
Finish with slices of mozzarella cheese and sauce, and bake.
