1 green bell pepper

2 medium eggplants
3 zucchinis
6 medium onions with skin
1/3 cup of vinegar
1/3 cup of olive oil
1 tablespoon of mustard
Salt to taste
1/2 cup of soy sauce (shoyu)

Wash and dry the legumes with paper towels
Place them on the grill, at high heat, for 20 minutes or until they are cooked through (flip them halfway through)
Remove from the grill
Peel the onions and remove the seeds from the bell peppers
Cut them into small pieces
Leave the zucchinis whole
In a bowl, mix together the vinegar, olive oil, mustard, and salt
In another, pour in the soy sauce
Serve the legumes with the sauces on the side.
