Cook the white beans in water with salt until tender
Drain and temper with olive oil
Set aside
In a small skillet, fry the bacon with garlic until golden brown
Remove with a slotted spoon, allowing excess fat to drain and place on paper towels
Cut the olives into slices
In a salad bowl, combine the white beans, crispy bacon, and garlic, add the black olives and sprinkle with parsley
Serve with arugula.
