3 medium carrots (200g), washed, peeled, and cut into very thin slices

1/3 cup of grated cheese
Salt and black pepper to taste

Microwave the carrots and garden peas until tender
Cook in a pot at high heat for 15 minutes
Mix well the milk, eggs, wheat flour, and cheese
Season with salt and black pepper
In a medium-sized refrigerator, layer a portion of carrots and cover with part of the egg mixture
Layer another portion of garden peas and cover with more of the egg mixture
Repeat the operation
Cover and microwave at high heat for 15 minutes
Serve to accompany poultry and meat.
