Beat the eggs in a blender for 30 seconds
Add the olive oil gradually while blending and continue until you get a thick sauce

In a bowl, combine the balsamic vinegar, onion, bread, hot pepper sauce, and salt
Mix the sauce with the thick sauce and return to the blender, beating slowly as needed
Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle with black pepper. Reserve

Cut the sweet marjoram, cucumber, carrot, and thyme into small pieces
Serve with the sauce.
