In a pan, melt 70g of butter, add the onion, green beans, and cook over low heat until the green beans are tender
Season to taste
Add the cornmeal, cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly until the mixture is moist
In another frying pan, melt the remaining butter, add the eggs, stir until they're firm
Add the fritter mix and stir in the chopped black olives.
