Directions

Heat a large pan over medium heat with the lichias, water, star anise, and cinnamon

Once the lichias are tender, turn off the heat and add the vanilla pudding mix

For the strawberry sauce

Heat the diet strawberry gelatin over medium heat with double the amount of water specified on the package to dissolve

Add the blended strawberries to the sauce

Place the strawberry sauce on top of the lichias.
