Let cool and stir in vanilla extract
In a baking dish, arrange alternating layers of biscuit, banana slices, and cream
The final layer should be cream
Beat egg whites until stiff
Add 1/3 cup of sugar gradually and beat until stiff peaks form
Cover the cream with whipped cream
Bake in a preheated oven for 5 minutes
