In a saucepan, combine the water, butter, and salt
Let the water come to a boil and melt the butter
Remove from heat and add the sifted flour all at once
Stir quickly with a wooden spoon
Put back on low heat and stir for 30 seconds, just until it dries out slightly and becomes shiny
Transfer the dough to a bowl
Add two eggs and beat well with a wooden spoon
Add the remaining two eggs and beat well
Using a piping bag, make hills of about 1.5 inches in diameter on an ungreased baking sheet, leaving a 2 inch space between the cream puffs
Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 45 minutes
Yield: 50 cream puffs.
