Knead until the dough is smooth and elastic

Roll out the dough to about 1/4 inch thickness
Cut into rounds approximately 8 cm in diameter
Spread jelly over one round, then top with another
Seal the edges tightly
Let it rest for an additional 30 minutes
Fry in hot vegetable oil
