Mix 1 cup of sugar and cornstarch
Add the milk slowly, stirring well
Hold over low heat and cook, stirring until thickened
Beat the egg yolks with a fork
Gradually add to the cornstarch mixture, stirring well
Hold over low heat again and cook for 2 minutes, stirring
Let cool and add vanilla extract
In a refrigerated form, arrange alternating layers of biscuit, banana slices, and cream
The last layer should be cream
Beat egg whites until fluffy
Add slowly 1/3 cup of sugar and beat until stiff peaks form
Cover the cream with the whipped cream
Bake in a preheated oven for 5 minutes
Let cool
