1 cup heavy cream

1 can sweetened condensed milk
3/4 cup cereal extract
5 soup spoons vanilla
1 tablespoon Amarula extract

Bring the heavy cream to a simmer over medium heat
Remove from heat and stir in the chocolate until dissolved
Blend the mixture of chocolate, heavy cream, water, sweetened condensed milk, cereal extract, vanilla, and Amarula extract in a blender
Chill in the refrigerator.
