In a double boiler set over a pot of hot water (do not let it boil), melt the chocolate, stirring gently. Reserve
In a blender, beat the eggs and sugar at high speed until smooth (about 15 minutes)
Add the chocolate and blend well
Add the cognac and stir with a spatula
Divide among glasses and serve.
