3 pounds of black peppercorns

Create a doll (trouxinha de gaze) with the orange peel and another with the vanilla, thyme, cinnamon, cravo, and macadamia nut together. Reserve
In a pot, bring to a boil the black peppercorns and water
Add the dolls and let it simmer until the liquid thickens

Remove from heat and let it cool
Place it in containers with screw-top lids
Add the cereal alcohol and let it rest for 15 days
Remove the dolls, discarding them
Strain (see how to do this in a previous recipe) and let it rest for another 20 days before consuming.
