Preheat the oven to 200°C (hot)
In a large refrigerator-safe bowl, mix together soy sauce, lime juice, ketchup, and grated ginger
Place the fish on top of this mixture and turn it so that it's evenly coated
Arrange the orange slices on top of the fish, cover with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven until, when you pierce a corner of the fish with a fork, it falls apart into flakes (about 30 minutes)
