Pour the wheat into a bowl and add warm water
Let it rest for 15 minutes
Drain and reserve
Heat the olive oil and sauté the minced garlic
Add the chopped scallion leaves and cook until tender
Add the diced linguiça and tomato

Cook until the linguiça is soft and creamy
If necessary, add more warm water
Remove from heat and place the drained wheat
