Beat the eggs, milk, salt, and oil
Add the flour and mix well
Grease a pan with butter or oil
Let it sit
Add 1/4 cup of dough
Tilt the pan from side to side to spread the dough
Fry only one side until cooked (do not let it brown)
Place filling on the fried side
Keep in the refrigerator until the next day
Just before serving, put in a hot oven-proof dish, greased, for 10 minutes, or until golden
