4 cloves of garlic, minced
3 1/2 tablespoons of orange juice
3 tablespoons of melted butter
Salt and pepper to taste
1 pork loin, approximately 1 1/2 kg
1/4 cup of grated orange zest
1/2 tablespoon of cornstarch
2 cups of orange juice

Mix together the garlic, orange juice, butter, salt, and pepper
Use this marinade to rub all over the pork loin
Place the pork loin in a hot oven (400°F) preheated with aluminum foil for 30 minutes
Remove the foil and continue roasting until the pork is golden brown and tender
Remove the pork from the oven and slice it into thin strips
Drain 1/4 cup of water from the roasting pan and scrape up any remaining bits
Set aside
Mix together the orange zest with the remaining orange juice
Bring to a boil over low heat, stirring constantly for 15 minutes
Pour this glaze over the pork loin
Let it cook for another 8 minutes.
